Stopped for $5.00 of fuel on my Credit Card and the card balance states $15.00 and $5.00 charges. In my past it was a cover charge that will be removed later. ==> BUT!!! who pays the overdraft fees if this $15.00 creates the overdraft? This system NEEDS to be stated on the pump screen BEFORE your transaction is approved.
