  This is the worst company. Their customer service tells you one thing and the store tells you something totally different. Your phone breaks? Oh well nothing they can do for you. Not to mention the fact that you have to drive 30-45 minutes to a store to have the phone looked at and there are only 3 stores so everytime they get a phone your wait time goes up 2 1/2 hours. They finally offer to give me a different phone but force me to take a phone I don't want? Why should I have a phone I don't want? This whole place is a bunch of talk and no help. Customer service will tell you what you want to heat but the stores won't do it. Place is a joke.

  During July and August of 2017, I made a few visits to this Sprint store. I am highly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the sales staff that I met at this store. Very helpful staff! I mentioned this to others including people at the nearby Best Buy store which is also very high on my list of good places to shop!
