  Return to the store to make some exchange, a soon arrived to the store, associated with name Kristen was on front really nice and start take care of us, but 5 second later manager MIGUEL said " she don't know anything" come over me! really?? so you hiring people and send to floor with any experience, really annoying. so the story is that we came to him explain the situation and he just denied to do a favor to help us.. on the end he take care of with the wrong way, so I tried to do some exchange and using a mailed coupon, he do everything so faster that I doesn't have time to gave the coupon, so when I show him the coupon he look us really unprofessional and said with this arrogance voice "why you don't give me the coupon, why you have to wait until the last minute to let me know about it"!!! SO I TAKE CARE THIS REALLY OFFENSIVE and return all 3 sunglasses that I bought. he is really unprofessional and he don't know anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NEVE CAME BACK TO THIS STORE... I prefer driving more until another location and don't get this services. really bad experience
