  I have had 3 different experiences at this store 1 of them being good. I have had different problems. The first time I was here the gentleman explained clear and concisely why he could or could not do anything. since then my explanations of why I couldn't do something or why my phone or bill was doing one thing or another has been "that's the way it is". both times not having my issues resolved. one of those times I walked in with both employees nearly asleep on the counter. unprofessionaland and untrained has been my experience here.
